HAPPY NEW YEAR

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year and our tradition teaches that we can focus our attention vigorously in changing our fate for the New Year.  As we meditate we can ask God to help us remove our “blind folds”, which maybe creating a pretentious myopic view.  Ask for guidance during your journey to strive to make good changes in yourself and the world in which you may live.

Rosh HaShanah: You have the Power to Change

Life inherently confronts each of us with the pains of conflict. We must learn from these experiences to better prepare ourselves to live and not to escape from life by choosing the path of hedonism.  Pleasure seeking, self-indulgence and self-satisfaction we all want but moderation is the key. This year play it smart!
